ABOUT TAD BARTON
FOUNDER & PITCHING INSTRUCTOR
Drafted out of Muhlenberg High School in 2010 by the Arizona Diamondbacks, Tad opted to attend Millersville University to study in Computer-Aided Drafting & Design, with a minor in Coaching & play baseball. He finished his college baseball career as the career leader in wins, innings pitched & games started. He later signed a professional contract to pitch for the Windy City Thunderbolts in the Frontier League.
Tad has been an independent pitching instructor since 2014. As a coach, he helped the 14U Mountville Angels (27-5) win the 2015 LNP Tournament Junior Midget Championship.
He is an Industrial Design Engineer in Lancaster County, where him & his wife, Karlie, reside together with their two children.
Tad brings both his passion & expertise from his playing days to the bullpen as a coach, helping you to achieve your goals as a pitcher!
ABOUT JOE ADAMETZ
PITCHING INSTRUCTOR
Joe started playing baseball at 5, quickly falling in love with the game & pitching. He played at Governor Mifflin High School, then earned a scholarship to Liberty University, studying Mechanical Engineering. At Liberty, he impressed as a freshman starter but faced a setback with a UCL tear & Tommy John surgery in his sophomore year. After spending his junior campaign rehabbing, he returned strong his senior year, leading the Flames pitching staff as their Friday starter.
Drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 14th round of the 2022 MLB Draft, Joe was named the Tigers' Rookie League Pitcher of the Year in 2023. In 2024, he posted a 2.50 ERA over 97.1 innings across A- and A+ levels. Joe aims to continue improving & reach the Big Leagues.
With diverse experience in recruitment, injury recovery, & professional play, Joe is eager to help pitchers improve & become the best version of themselves during the offseason.
ABOUT MATT BARTON
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CORDINATOR
After graduating from Muhlenberg High School in 2018, Matt attended Elizabethtown College to study Industrial Engineering while playing baseball. During his time at Elizabethtown, Matt was a Lifting Pod leader & individually trained members of the baseball team. He was a RHP & First Basemen during his 4 years in college.
Matt made a massive comeback, after partially tearing his labrum in 2019. He was throwing 78 mph with constant pain, & after months of training & studying, he became exceptionally knowledgeable about physical health & recovery. Matt is currently up to 91 mph, pain free.
Matt brings his passion & knowledge of Strength & Conditioning to the bullpen as a coach & trainer. He hopes to enhance & lengthen your career!
